In response to the rising cases of Viral Hemorrhagic Fever (VHF) in the Najaf al-Ashraf province and reports of its presence in other provinces of Iraq, the Literary Department of the Najaf al-Ashraf Center for Strategic Studies (NCSS)—one of the centers affiliated with the Marja'iyya in the Holy City of Najaf—organized a seminar aimed at promoting public health awareness.
The seminar was titled: “Viral Hemorrhagic Fever in Iraq: Is This an Epidemic? Causes, Symptoms, Transmission Methods, and Mechanisms for Prevention and Treatment.”
Mr. Qais Makki Zuwain delivered a lecture during the event, presenting scientific and analytical insights regarding the disease. The session was moderated by Ms. Ikhlas Jabreen, an educational instructor.
