The Anwar al-Jawadayn Institute (peace be upon them), one of the centers affiliated with the religious authority in Baghdad, commemorated the martyrdom anniversary of the Great Prophet, Muhammad al-Mustafa (peace be upon him and his family), on the 27th of Safar, 1447 AH, by holding a special mourning assembly.

The ceremony began with the recitation of verses from the Holy Qur’an, after which Hujjat al-Islam Sheikh Muhammad al-Zubaidi delivered a speech.

Following this, Hussein al-Jubouri and Abu Zahra al-Abbasawi recited elegies and lamentations in honor of the lofty status of the Noble Prophet of Islam and his Ahl al-Bayt (peace be upon them).

The gathering was attended by a group of believers and devotees of the purified Household (peace be upon them).
