The Women’s Section of Qasr al-Zahra (Peace be Upon Her) Husayniyah, one of the centers affiliated with the Religious Authority in Baghdad, Iraq, held a mourning ceremony marking the anniversary of the martyrdom of Lady Fatimah al-Zahra (Peace be Upon Her)—according to the narration that it occurred forty days after the martyrdom of Prophet Mohammad (Peace be Upon Him and His Family).
The event saw a large attendance of women, with hundreds of mourners participating to commemorate the tragedy and renew their pledge of devotion to the noble Lady of Islam.
