The Ahlulbayt (P.B.U.T.) Islamic Thought Center, an institution associated with the religious authority in Baghdad, Iraq, held a commemoration ceremony for the martyrdom of the sons of Muslim ibn Aqeel, peace be upon him, and the loyal companion of Imam Ali, peace be upon him, Maytham al-Tammar, peace be upon him, with the enthusiastic presence of young believers.

During the ceremony, Sheikh Muayyad al-Sudani delivered a speech explaining the various dimensions of the lives, sacrifice, and devotion of these prominent figures, outlining the most important lessons derived from their biographies. He emphasized the necessity of adhering to one’s faith, remaining steadfast on the path of truth, and following the teachings of Prophet Muhammad and His Family, peace be upon them.

Additionally, Prophet Muhammad and His Family panegyrist, Mr. Hadi al-Hajami, filled the atmosphere of the gathering with sorrow and mourning by reciting elegies. The organizers stated that this gathering was held within the framework of the intellectual, cultural, and spiritual programs of this Center, programs aimed at deepening religious awareness, strengthening Islamic identity, and further connecting the younger generation with the culture of loyalty, and devotion practiced by the companions of the Infallible Imams, peace be upon him.
