Coinciding with the auspicious Ghadeer Holiday, a ceremony was held at the Sahib al-Zaman Husseiniyah in Istanbul, where Sheikh Jalal Maash, a representative of the Grand Ayatollah Sayyid Sadiq Husseini Shirazi, delivered a speech.

In his address, referencing the message of Grand Ayatollah Shirazi, he emphasized the importance of holding celebration gatherings and spreading the message of Ghadeer worldwide. He stated that His Eminence has called upon everyone to convey the message of Ghadeer and considers this responsibility a communal obligation for all believers.

Sheikh Maash noted that this duty begins with family and loved ones, and it is appropriate for believers on the day of the Ghadeer Holiday to share in promoting this culture by giving gifts to family members, friends, and the lovers of Prophet Muhammad and his Family (peace be upon them).

The representative of the religious authority further highlighted feeding the needy, the descendants of the Prophet (Sayyids), and the lovers of Prophet Muhammad and his Family (peace be upon them) as valuable aspects of honoring the Ghadeer Holiday, emphasizing the importance of upholding this praiseworthy tradition. The ceremony concluded with prayers for the hastening of the reappearance of the Imam of the Time (may Allah hasten his reappearance), the health and success of the attendees, and continued success for all in serving the religion and the Islamic community.
