The Zainabiyah Seminary, one of the institutions affiliated with the Religious Authority in the city of Damascus, in Syria, held a mourning ceremony marking the anniversary of the martyrdom of Imam Hassan, peace be upon him.
The ceremony began with the recitation of verses from the Holy Quran and a visitation prayer dedicated to Imam Hassan, peace be upon him. A group of devotees of Prophet Muhammad's Household attended the gathering.
During the program, Scholar Sheikh Mustafa Sharaf delivered a speech on Imam Hassan's life, virtues, and various aspects of his character and legacy.
