A delegation from the Global Husseini Communities and Pilgrim Service Groups Foundation, affiliated with the Global Ayatollah Shirazi Foundation in the holy city of Karbala, Iraq, continued its field visits and meetings in the cities of Suq Alshuyukh and Nasiriyah, Iraq, during the Fortieth Day Pilgrimage season.

During the visit, the delegation met with Dhi Qar Governor Maytham Alhamdani and discussed services provided to pilgrims, as well as the activities of Husseini pilgrim service groups during the pilgrimage season.

The delegation also visited several pilgrim service groups and service centers, meeting with volunteers from the Lovers of Imam Hussein Pilgrim Service Group, the Devotees of Imam Hussein Pilgrim Service Group, the Imam Hassan Guesthouse Pilgrim Service Group, and the Best of Creation Pilgrim Service Group. The delegation learned firsthand about their activities and the services they provide to pilgrims.

The delegation also visited a mobile medical center in the city of Nasiriyah, Iraq, where it learned about the healthcare services available to pilgrims.

During these meetings, the delegation conveyed the greetings, prayers, and recommendations of the Supreme Religious Authority Ayatollah Sayyid Sadiq Husseini Shirazi, may God prolong his life, to those serving pilgrims.
