The Qasr al-Zahra Hussainiya, one of the centers affiliated with the Marjaʿiyya in the holy city of Kadhimiya, held a grand ceremony in honor of Sheikh Sami al-Masoudi, the head of Iraq’s Supreme Hajj and Umrah Authority.

The event was attended by religious and governmental figures, tribal leaders, and officials from Baghdad province.

The ceremony was organized on the occasion of Sheikh al-Masoudi receiving the Labaytum Award for the third consecutive year. In his speech, he expressed gratitude to the officials of Qasr al-Zahra Hussainiya, as well as to the scholars, tribal leaders, government, and security representatives who participated.

The Labaytum Award is granted by the Saudi Ministry of Hajj and Umrah to countries, authorities, or institutions that provide outstanding services to the pilgrims of the Holy Kaaba during the Hajj season.
